All classes are conducted offline at our designated location.

No, the class schedules are fixed and cannot be changed.

What materials do I need to bring to class?

Students must bring their own books and any necessary stationery.

When is the payment deadline?

Payment must be made by the 10th of each month to avoid penalties.

Is there a refund policy?

No, we do not offer refunds for any payments made.

What happens if a student misses a class?

Any classes missed due to reasons from "English by Towfique" will be rescheduled. However, missed classes due to personal reasons will not be covered.

What should I do if my syllabus changes?

Please notify us and provide the updated syllabus as soon as possible.

Will there be additional classes for students needing extra help?

Additional classes may be arranged at the teacher's discretion if deemed necessary.

What are the consequences of disruptive behavior?

Students causing disturbances will be immediately disqualified from the current session.

Can the class timing shift?

Class timing may shift in unavoidable circumstances, and students will be informed accordingly.

Can I request a fee reduction?

No, requests for fee reductions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Are there any provisions for covering syllabus changes mid-year?

Yes, teachers will adjust the teaching plan to incorporate changes in the syllabus if notified in time.

Will my son/daughter be able to cope if they join in the middle of the session?

Yes, all chapters will be revisited to ensure every student is on track.

Do I need to pay online or can I pay offline?

We prefer online payments as this helps us organize payments better, but offline payments are also accepted if necessary.

What happens if my child is on the waiting list and doesn’t get a seat?

We will try to consider your child’s enrollment after a discussion with the guardian. However, if no seat becomes available, we may refund your money, and your child may need to wait until a new batch starts. We strive to start new batches as soon as possible if a batch becomes full.
